| 6. How long will it take for my product to get to me? |
| Processing time, the amount of time it takes to prepare your item for shipment once your order has been placed, varies by product. It can be as short as 2 business days or as long as 30 business days or more for made-to-order items. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. To find the specific processing time for your order, please refer to the product details for the item you’ve purchased. Transit time varies according to your location and the ship method used. UPS/Fedex ground shipments can take as little as 3 business days and should arrive no later than 7 business days after shipping. Items that ship by truck freight take an average of 7 business days to arrive curbside, but can take longer under some circumstances. Once your item ships, we will email you with a tracking number so you can track your shipment online. |

 |
| 9. How will my product be delivered? |
| UPS and Fedex deliveries are brought to your door and generally require a signature upon delivery. UPS/Fedex shipments can sometimes be left without a signature; however, this is up to the discretion of the UPS driver. We recommend that you be there to accept delivery of your item, if possible, to avoid the possibility of lost or stolen packages.
Truck Freight shipments are delivered curbside and require that you be present to accept delivery. |

 |
| 10. What if I need to cancel or change my order? |
| Once you place your order, we begin processing it immediately. Many of our products ship out on the same day an order is placed. We also carry made-to-order products that go into production as soon as an order is placed. For that reason, it is generally not possible to cancel or change an order once it has been placed. However, if you email us with a cancellation or change request before 4 pm Central on the day you place your order, we will do our best to meet your request. We regret that we cannot accommodate cancellation or change requests that come in after 4 pm Central on the day you place your order. |

 |
| 11. What do I do if my order arrives damaged? |
| Although it is extremely rare, sometimes items do arrive damaged. If you receive a damaged item from a UPS or Fedex shipment, simply notify us within 10 days of receiving your shipment. We will send out a replacement and arrange for the damaged item to be picked up. In some cases, if only a part of the item is damaged, we may send out a replacement part. In cases where the damage can be corrected with a replacement part(s), we will not replace the item itself. We regret that we cannot accommodate damage claims that are filed more than 10 days after the item has been received. Depending on the item you've ordered and the nature of the damage, damage claims and claims for replacement items can sometimes take several weeks or more to process; therefore, should you receive a damaged item, you may wish to place a new order for a replacement to expedite processing and delivery. When the damage claim is resolved, we will issue you a full credit for your original purchase.
If your item is being delivered by freight carrier, please note: you MUST immediately inspect the package for potential damage at the time of delivery. While it is normal for cartons to show some wear, if it is clear that damage to the item has occurred, please write “PRODUCT DAMAGED” on the sheet that the freight company asks you to sign, do not accept the delivery and call us at 1-866-608-1110. Once you contact us, we will work together with the freight company to determine whether the item is damaged and identify the source of the damage. If it is clear that the item is in fact damaged, we will make arrangements to have a replacement sent out to you and have the original item returned. If it is determined that the item is not in fact damaged, the item will be re-delivered to you.
If your item is delivered by freight carrier and you accept the item without noting any damage, your item is considered accepted free and clear. If you discover damage after accepting your item free and clear, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a concealed damage claim with the freight company. Concealed freight damage claims need to be filed within two weeks from the time your item is delivered. Once a concealed damage claim is filed, the freight company may send someone to your home to inspect the package. The freight company may or may not award compensation for the damage. If the freight company does award compensation for the damage, we will work with you to apply the compensation to a replacement item. If the freight company does not award compensation for the damage, and the item was signed for free and clear, the item may not be returned or replaced. |

| 12. I want to return an item I ordered? What do I do? |
| At Ideal Sinks, your satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we have a no-hassle return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange the item for up to 30 days from the date of purchase (some restrictions apply)*. If you wish to return or exchange an item, email us at sales@idealsinks.com. In your email, include the name on the order, the order number, and the order date. We will email you back with instructions for how to complete the return. Please do not send in the item without receiving confirmation and instructions from us. Items sent in without prior instruction, as well as refused shipments, may not be eligible for a refund. When you've completed the return, you will be credited with the purchase amount, minus a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping cost.** The restocking fee is in no way intended to penalize you; it is simply needed to cover the labor involved in processing a return. Many companies charge hefty restocking fees to profit from customer returns. We disagree with those practices and charge only what we must to cover our costs. To receive your credit for a return, returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, and in new, unused, and resalable condition. Please take care when packaging your item(s) for return shipment. No refunds will be given for items that are returned damaged. In the event of a return or a refused shipment, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. |

| 13. Pemberton Frequently Asked Questions |
Q: How hot of a pot can I put in the sink?
Thermal shock results from a dramatic change in temperature which can cause other solid surface sinks to crack. Pemberton, partly due to its fiberglass backing, should never crack because of thermal shock. Pemberton sinks can withstand temperatures up to 365F. Generally pots and pans that have been boiling water for vegetables are okay to put in the sink. However, because it is always difficult to determine the temperature of a pot, it is always best to let any hot item cool before putting it in any sink. Or at the very least run water in the bowl when putting the pot in as this will cool the pot instantly.
Q: How hygienic are Pemberton sinks? If I leave coffee residue or throw some unwanted food item into the sink will it stain if I don't wash it out immediately?
Never. Leave it overnight and due to the unique, nonporous nature of Pemberton sinks it will still be easy to rinse out.
Q:Will abrasive cleaners damage my Pemberton sink? If I damage my sink can I repair it?
Most damage can be repaired. For minor scratches use a Scotch-Brite pad. For deeper scratches use a fine grit sandpaper. In most cases small chips can also be sanded out. Larger chips may require a repair kit that is available directly from Ideal Sinks (1-866-608-1110).
Q: Why does the sink have a composite backing?
This fiberglass composite backing gives the sink great strength and rigidity. It also aids in insulation and sound absorption.
Q: Can I fit a garbage disposal to the sink?
Yes. Any type of disposal will fit a Pemberton sink. Remember to use silicon or plumber's putty when installing your garbage disposal and strainers.
Q: Does the sink come with a template for the cut out?
No, it does not because the sink is used for the cutout. Simply invert the sink on the countertop in the desired location, trace a line around the outside, trace another line 1/2" inside of this line and then, using a jig saw, cut along this inner line.
Q: Are the sinks certified in the United States?
Yes. All Pemberton sinks have the IAPMO (UPC) mark and have been tested according to ANSI Z124.6-1995.Are the sinks also certified in Canada?Yes. All Pemberton sinks sold in Canada have CSA (Canadian Standards Association) certification. |

| 25. Pemberton Care & Maintenance |
GENERAL USE: We recommend cleaning Pemberton sinks with a powder detergent like Ajax or Comet. The special satin gloss finish is improved with powder detergents but all liquid detergents will also prove satisfactory. Please be careful when using drain cleaners. Some drain cleaners react relatively violently as one would expect by the very nature of the product and instructions for handling are always precisely given with the product. Ensure that the cleaning agent goes down the waste outlet and that it does not sit in the basin.
Pemberton is heat resistant and will not mark below temperatures of 365F. This means, in practical terms, that pots in which water for vegetables for example are boiled could be left on your sink indefinitely. However it is always good practice to allow hot items to cool before placing them in any sink. Alternatively run some water when putting a hot pot into the basin. By doing this there is no chance of marking your sink, as the hot item is instantly cooled.
HOW TO REMOVE SCRATCHES: Scratches and small chips can be removed by sanding with a Scotch-Brite pad for fine scratches and sandpaper for deeper scratches and chips. Use a coarse sandpaper to start, finishing off with fine sandpaper and a Scotch-Brite pad. A repair kit is available from the manufacturer if needed for chips that are too deep to be sanded. |

| 26. C-Tech Care & Maintenance |
Clean your C-Tech-I stainless sink when it becomes noticeably dull or dirty. Using these simplest cleaning procedure will effectively "do the job".
Cleaning Procedures
- The best friend of stainless steel is clean water or a mild detergent solution, applied with a soft cloth or sponge, rinsed well and wiped dry.
- Routine cleaning will retain both the corrosion resistance and appearance of stainless steel through years of exposure and use.
- Disinfecting: Occasionally wipe surface with diluted household bleach (1 part water /1 part bleach).
- Maintenance: Occasionally clean by filling the sink one-quarter full with a 50/50 water/bleach solution. Let soak for 15 minutes, then wash sides and bottom as solution drains and thoroughly rinse.
Cleaning Do’s & Don’ts
--- DO ---
- Rinse your sink after each use. Thorough rinsing can be done by running the water for a few minutes and rubbing the cleaned area with a sponge.
- Towel dry after each use to prevent mineral deposits from building up on the surface of the sink.
- Run cold water when pouring boiling water into sinks to minimize temperature shock.
-- DON’T ---
- Do not expose your sink to strong chemicals, such as paint removers, oven cleaners, etc. If contact occurs, quickly flush the surface with water.
- Do not use coarse abrasive powders.
- Do not use metallic scourers or brushes with metal bristles.
- Do not allow liquid soap or other household cleansers to dry on the surface of the sink. Most brands contain chemical additives, which may affect the finish.
- Do not allow food, beverage residue, or metal canned products to remain on sink surface.
- Do not leave wet sponges, cloths, or cleaning pads on the sink. This can lead to surface rust.
